Dementia Sings Out logoThis community choir was inspired by the recent BBC One television program, Our Dementia Choir with Vicky McClure. This two-part documentary highlights the challenges faced with having to live with dementia. The programme follows members of the choir and shows how singing can help.

Dementia Sings Out, is supported by Wellingborough Community Gospel Choir under the musical leadership of Gareth Fuller.

Presently the Choir is seeking enthusiastic people, living with dementia, who are willing to engage in singing a variety of songs. The aim will be for members to enjoy social interaction with other choir members.

Funds raised through Anstee & Co’s charity Golf Day have meant that this initiative is FREE.
