One of our team, Raj ran the 5K Race for Life for Cancer Research at Victoria Park yesterday as part of our community programme.
She completes the race every year in memory of her mother and everyone else who has been affected or lost the battle. It was the first time she has run it and in 38.01 minutes……top 300 out of 2000+ women and children. In previous years Raj has just walked.
Raj is now in training to run the 10k next year.
