Amelia moved from Northampton to Kettering when she was 12 years old. She is joining us, after completing her studies at Christopher Hatton Academy in Wellingborough. Amelia will be completing an NVQ Level 3 in Office Administration with the additional support of Starting Off, a specialist training company for apprenticeships, based in Northamptonshire.

Caroline Anstee, Managing Director of Anstee & Co said-

“It is fantastic that we have been able to recruit an apprentice of the calibre of Amelia. Our previous apprentices are now all key members of the team, so she has a lot to live up to. I am sure she will be up to the challenge of a career in financial services. Amelia, welcome on board.”

In her spare time, Amelia has a wide range of interests from enjoying Italian food to watching murder mystery programmes on Netflix. She has travelled extensively to the USA and Europe. Thailand and Asia are now next on her list.

Amelia Blake, Apprentice Office Administrator said-

“Although I have only been with the company a few weeks, everyone has made me feel welcome. I can see that I will have a lot to learn and balancing my apprenticeship studies of, two half days a week, with work will be a challenge. The work so far has been varied from helping to organise the company’s 10th Birthday Party, to understanding how the back office system works.”
