Congratulations to Megan Leach, our Apprentice Mortgage and Protection Administrator for passing her exam. Megan successful completed, “Principles of Administration” (Exam 319) part of her NVQ Level 3 business administration qualification. Additionally, she is supported in her training by the Kettering Office of “Starting Off“.

The multiple choice exam covered the following key business learning –

  • –              Understanding how to manage an office facility
  • –              Understand health and safety in a business environment
  • –              Understand how to chair, lead and manage meetings
  • –              Understand how to take minutes of meetings
  • –              Understand how to supervise an administration team
  • –              Understand how to organise events


On hearing about her exam success Megan said-

“I enjoyed learning about health & safety and all the policies it included. Also organising events as there are so many elements to event planning, both before, during & after”.
