Congratulations to Rachel on completing the Prudential Ride London event.
Well done Rachel Efetha, one of our financial advisers based in Bedford, for completing the Prudential Ride London, bike ride on Sunday. The event is the world’s largest festival of cycling. This community, 100-mile bike ride, took place in London and Surrey on 28-30 July 2017.
Rachel, who has not been feeling well lead up to this charity event said-
“The brewing cold I told you all about on Friday actually got a little bit better so I managed to get to both the start and finish lines yesterday (with just the matter of 100 miles in between the two of them). I went a lot faster than I thought. Mainly due to the effect of cycling on a closed road and not having to slow down for traffic lights, roundabouts and junctions. It was hard work, but an amazing experience and I’ll definitely enter the ballot again for next year”.
