Congratulations to Lacey Thompson, a member of our Pension and Investment team based in Kettering. Lacey was recently the runner-up in the prestigious “Apprentice of the Year Awards 2026” run by Starting Off. Starting Off is an apprenticeship training company that works with companies across the United Kingdom.

Her telephone skills are exceptional for someone her age.

“I thoroughly enjoy my role as an Investment and Pension Administration Apprentice, and embrace every opportunity to learn, develop and contribute to the team. I particularly enjoy gaining a deeper understanding of investments and pensions and seeing how my work supports both my colleagues and our clients. I have approached each new challenge with a positive attitude, continually building my knowledge and confidence along the way.
I feel grateful to have been given the chance to work at Anstee and Co.
