Congratulation to Megan Leach on passing her exam.
Megan sat the Employee Rights and Regulation (ERR) module and passed. The module is part of the level 3 Business Administration qualification she is taking within her chosen career in the financial services indusrty.
Megan has recently joined the mortgage support team based at our head office in Kettering from Southfield School. As an apprentice, this exam is part of her on-going professional training.
The apprenticeship training consists of-
- On the job training
- Private study
- Half-day release
